Olympic aluminum shaveable rivets. 5/32″ with Plastisol washer (5/5w). 2-1/16″ long out of the package.

The 5/32″ diameter Olympics are the best for Airstreams because they are nearly identical in size and shape to the 1/8″ brazier head BUCK rivets used originally.

A rivet shaver tool is required for a nice domed finish. If have just a small number of rivets to finish, a Dremel or mill file can do a decent job of smoothing the head.
