Description
Replace your round Airstream taillights with our LED Retrofit kit. 4 inch round weatherproof housings are each lit with 12 bright LEDs. Two three-prong offset wire pigtails are included. 12 volt. Reflector has super strong stick-on padded adhesive backing.
Cast metal taillight bezel is NOT included.
Here’s what you get:
– 1 red 4″ round LED Stop-Tail-Turn light
– 1 clear LED backup light
– 1 3-3/16″ dia. red reflector – peel-n-stick
– 2 wiring harnesses
WIRING: White is ground, black is low brightness for taillights and red is high brightness for stop-turn-brake lights
Due to size variations in bezel castings, you may need to do some modifying on the light housing to make them fit into your cast taillight bezel. We used a Dremel with a sanding wheel to sand down the protruding plastic edge that runs around the outside of the light housing. We were able to place the light housings in a position within the casting that did not interfere with the wiring harness plug-in. Once a nice fit is obtained, use silicone caulk to fasten housing into place. You may want to bookmark this page so you have the instructions when it time to install.
