SHIPPING SEGMENTS
Segments will need to be shipped truck freight. For ‘IN STOCK’ segments, please allow 3-4 days before we ship for boxing and coordinating of shipping with freight carrier. We can only ship segments within the contiguous 48 US states. Segments are shipped in a LARGE BOX. Usually the weight is under 100lbs. We DO NOT automatically include the use of a liftgate at delivery. If you allow or request the driver use his liftgate at delivery, YOU will be responsible for the extra charge (normally $75-100). If you need the use of a liftgate at delivery, please make a note in ‘Order notes.’
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to check your items upon arrival. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any damage to your shipment after 30 days.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our store will automatically add $725 shipping cost. We may contact you with an actual shipping cost before we ship. We will refund any overage or contact you if more money is required for shipping. We can ship 3-6 segments together in one box depending on whether there are multiples of the same segments or how the segments nest together in the box.
NOTE: Shipping to a FedEx recognized business is less expensive. If you are not a business but can arrange to have it shipped to a FedEx recognized business, it will save on shipping costs. You can also pick the segment up at our Helena, Ohio shop. Ohio state and Local tax of 7.25% will be charged on pick up orders. Please let us know in ‘Order Notes’ on a tentative pick-up date. If the segments are not in stock, we will inform you when they arrive from Airstream.
